ji55 Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with the Platform

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the ji55 website accessible at ji55.org, including all games, features, content, and services made available through it.
• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by a Player upon completing the ji55 registration process.
• "Balance" means the PHP-denominated funds held in a Player's ji55 wallet at any given time, including deposited funds and credited winnings.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bets, free spin values, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's account, which are subject to separate bonus terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by PAGCOR and ji55's internal compliance standards.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority governing ji55's operations.
• "Game Rules" means the specific rules, pay tables, and mechanics applicable to each individual game available on the Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to and participation in ji55's services is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.

By accessing ji55.org, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered on the Platform, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety;
• You have read and agree to the ji55 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference;
• You have read and agree to the Responsible Gaming Policy;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of these Terms;
• All information you provide to ji55 is true, accurate, current, and complete.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of an organisation or third party, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms. Ji55 does not accept registrations from representatives acting without appropriate authority.

To register and maintain an account on ji55, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a natural person — corporate or entity accounts are not permitted;
• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while using the Platform, in compliance with PAGCOR regulations applicable to online gaming;
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming through ji55 is legally permitted;
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether placed through ji55 or any other gaming platform or regulatory body;
• You must not have had a previous ji55 account closed due to a Terms violation;
• You must not be acting on behalf of any other person for the purpose of gaming;
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a ji55 employee or contractor in a role that involves access to game systems or financial operations.

Ji55 reserves the right to require proof of eligibility at any time and to decline or revoke registration where eligibility cannot be confirmed. Registration of an account by any person who does not meet these requirements is void ab initio, and any balance or winnings accrued through such an account may be confiscated.

Ji55 is required under its PAGCOR licensing obligations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of all account holders. You agree to provide the following when requested:

• A clear copy of a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID — acceptable documents include a Philippine Passport, UMID, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, Voter's ID, or Driver's License;
• Proof of address dated within the preceding three months — acceptable documents include a utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence showing your name and residential address;
• Proof of payment method ownership, such as a screenshot of your GCash or Maya account confirming the mobile number registered to your ji55 account;
• Such additional documentation as ji55 may require to fulfil its legal obligations.

Ji55 will not process withdrawal requests exceeding ₱5,000 until KYC verification is complete. Ji55 reserves the right to suspend account access and withhold balances pending completion of KYC review where required by law or where account activity raises compliance concerns. KYC documents are handled in accordance with the ji55 Privacy Policy.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) active ji55 account only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your account.

You agree to:

• Notify ji55 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account;
• Ensure your account registration details remain accurate and up-to-date at all times;
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices;
• Not share your account credentials with any third party for any reason.

Ji55 is not responsible for losses arising from unauthorized account access where such access results from your failure to adequately protect your login credentials. Ji55 may, at its discretion, request re-verification of account details where unusual activity is detected.

Account usernames may not impersonate any other person, brand, or public figure, and may not contain offensive, discriminatory, or trademarked terms. Ji55 reserves the right to require a username change at any time.

All transactions on ji55 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Ji55 accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the Platform, which currently include GCash, Maya/PayMaya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Available methods may change from time to time.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. No maximum deposit limit applies by default, though limits may be applied in accordance with PAGCOR requirements or responsible gaming settings;
• Deposits via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your ji55 balance within seconds of confirmation;
• Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take 15–30 minutes to reflect;
• Ji55 does not charge processing fees on deposits. Third-party fees imposed by payment providers are beyond ji55's control.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit funds into the same account — this is an anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering requirement;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Maximum single-withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account tier;
• Withdrawal processing times: GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within the same business day for verified accounts;
• Ji55 reserves the right to conduct additional verification before processing any withdrawal it deems irregular, including requests that are disproportionate to the Player's deposit history;
• Bonus funds that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.

All games offered on the ji55 Platform — including live casino games, slot games, bingo, Monster Hi-Lo, and any other game type — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or physical game mechanics (in the case of live dealer games) supplied by licensed third-party game providers. Ji55 does not interfere with or manipulate game outcomes.

By participating in any ji55 game, you agree to:

• Abide by the specific rules applicable to each game, as displayed within the game interface;
• Accept the outcome of all completed game rounds as final, subject only to confirmed technical malfunctions as described below;
• Not use any mechanical or electronic device, software, algorithm, or other tool to assist in gameplay in a manner not expressly permitted;
• Not exploit any error, bug, or software vulnerability in the Platform or any game for financial gain.

In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game round, ji55 reserves the right to declare the affected round void and return applicable stakes to the Players involved. Malfunctions void all pays and plays. Ji55's decision in respect of disputed game outcomes is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process.

Ji55 offers bonuses and promotional incentives from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback, and rewards program benefits. The following general terms apply to all ji55 bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and are not immediately withdrawable as cash;
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. Unless otherwise specified, the default wagering requirement on ji55 bonus funds is 30x the bonus amount;
• Wagering contributions vary by game type — slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino games may contribute at a lower rate as specified in individual promotion terms;
• Ji55 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify bonus terms, or require the return of bonus funds where it determines that a bonus has been claimed in bad faith or in violation of these Terms;
• Only one bonus may be active per account at a time, unless specific promotion terms explicitly permit simultaneous bonus activation;
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts, false information, or coordinated exploitation by groups of players, will be voided and associated accounts may be permanently suspended.

The ji55 Rewards Program and VIP cashback are subject to their own terms available on the Rewards page. Weekly cashback credited under the Rewards Program carries no wagering requirements unless stated otherwise in the relevant promotion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ji55. Violation of any of the following may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or at any other point of interaction with ji55;
• Using another person's payment method to deposit or withdraw funds without that person's explicit consent;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in gameplay;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities — any such exploitation must be reported to ji55 support immediately;
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime through the Platform;
• Accessing ji55 from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by local law;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with any ji55 software, servers, or security systems;
• Engaging in abusive, harassing, or threatening conduct toward ji55 staff or other players through any communication channel.

All content on the ji55 Platform — including but not limited to the ji55 brand name and logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, and audio-visual material — is the exclusive property of ji55 or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any ji55 intellectual property without prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ji55's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Ji55 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profit, revenue, data, or opportunity arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform;
• Game losses resulting from normal gameplay outcomes, including outcomes unfavorable to the Player;
• Service interruptions caused by factors outside ji55's reasonable control, including network failures, government action, natural disaster, or third-party service failures;
• Actions or omissions of third-party game providers, payment processors, or telecommunications providers;
• Unauthorized access to your account where such access results from your failure to adequately protect your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits ji55's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other matter which cannot be excluded by Philippine law.

Ji55 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection legislation, including Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012). By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Ji55 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with PAGCOR and other regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by law, and with KYC and payment processing service providers as necessary for Platform operations. Full details are set out in the ji55 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Ji55 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and operates within PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. The following tools and policies apply to all ji55 accounts:

• Age Verification: Ji55 prohibits access by persons under 21 years of age and employs KYC verification to enforce this requirement. Any attempt to register or play by a person under 21 is a violation of these Terms and applicable law;
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour delay;
• Session Reminders: Players may configure time-based reminders to alert them to the duration of their gaming sessions;
• Self-Exclusion: Players may apply for self-exclusion through their account settings or by contacting ji55 support. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. Ji55 will not send promotional communications to self-excluded accounts;
• Reality Checks: Session spending summaries are available in real time through the account dashboard.

Ji55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where ji55 determines that:

• The account holder has violated or is suspected of violating these Terms;
• Continued account access poses a legal, regulatory, or compliance risk to ji55;
• The account holder has engaged in conduct that constitutes fraud, money laundering, or collusion;
• The account holder is subject to a self-exclusion that ji55 becomes aware of;
• Regulatory or law enforcement authorities have directed ji55 to restrict the account.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance attributable to fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or Terms violations may be forfeited. Any remaining legitimate balance after deduction of applicable amounts will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

Players may close their own accounts at any time by contacting ji55 support. Upon voluntary closure, any outstanding bonus funds will be cancelled; the real-money balance will be returned to the Player's verified withdrawal method.

Ji55 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, ji55 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to active account holders via email or on-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the ji55 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 14.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, complaint, or claim arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ji55 Platform, the following process applies:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint to ji55 support via live chat or email. Ji55 will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and aim to resolve the matter within 10 business days;
• Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If the matter is not resolved at Step 1, you may escalate your complaint in writing to ji55's compliance team. A written response will be provided within 15 business days;
• Step 3 — Regulatory Escalation: Disputes not resolved through the above process may be referred to PAGCOR through its applicable player complaint channels;
• Step 4 — Courts: Disputes that cannot be resolved through the foregoing process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
